1. Who we are

The controller of your personal data is Swipe Scape s.r.o., company ID (IČO) 22269134, registered office Chebská 38/5, Dvory, 360 06 Karlovy Vary, Czech Republic (“SwipeScape”, “we”). Privacy contact: privacy@swipescape.eu.

2. What we collect

When you send a form on this website we collect:

• your name and your email address and/or phone number;
• your message and the details you choose to give (for example budget, dates, number of guests, property type and location, link to a listing);
• technical context: the page you sent the form from, your language, campaign parameters from the link you arrived through (UTM) and the referring website;
• a hashed form of your IP address (we do not store the raw IP address) and a shortened user-agent string, used only to detect abuse and spam.

We do not ask for payment data on this website.

3. Why we use it and on what basis

You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to the address above; this does not affect processing done before.

4. Who receives it

• Our team, through our own server located in the European Union (hosting provider: Hetzner).
• Telegram: each request is forwarded as a notification to our internal Telegram chat so that we can reply quickly. Telegram acts as a service provider for this notification.
• Professional advisers or authorities, only where the law requires it.

We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising profiling.

5. How long we keep it

We keep a request for as long as needed to handle it and for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless a contract is concluded (then the retention periods required by law apply). You can ask us to delete it earlier.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. To keep campaign parameters (UTM) during your visit it uses your browser’s session storage, which is cleared when you close the tab. Fonts are served from our own domain. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this page and ask for consent where required.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, correct it, have it erased, restrict or object to processing, receive it in a portable format and withdraw consent. Write to privacy@swipescape.eu and we will reply within one month.

You can also lodge a complaint with the Czech data protection authority — the Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, uoou.gov.cz).

8. Security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS, stored on access-controlled servers, and accessed only by people who need it to answer requests.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
