General
Where are your locations?
We operate 2 locations in Czechia. The newest one is near Karlovy Vary, 3 km from the spa town, on the riverbank.
Investing
Who manages the property?
SwipeScape runs the whole operation: marketing, guest communication, check-in, cleaning, maintenance and financial reporting. As an investor you stay passive.
How are payouts made?
Income is distributed quarterly, net of taxes, to your bank account in euro. Each payout comes with a report on occupancy and costs.
How long until the cabin starts earning?
Production and assembly take about 2–3 months. After that we launch marketing and listings on booking platforms and the first guests arrive.
How is the purchase paid?
After signing the agreements, a first payment of 85% starts the process. The rest follows the contract schedule. Ask us for the full payment plan for a specific cabin.
Can I sell my share or cabin?
Yes. You can sell at any time. The management company has a right of first refusal, or we help you find a buyer among our investor base.
What guarantees do you give?
When you buy a cabin, it is registered as your private property. With fractional participation you become a co-owner of the legal entity. The financial model is a forecast built on real market data — it is not a guarantee of return.
Do I own the building?
If you buy a cabin, yes: you invest in a hospitality business and become the owner of a physical building. The building is then handed to SwipeScape for management under a lease agreement.
Management
How much does management cost?
A flat 20% commission on revenue. No onboarding fees and no fixed monthly costs: we earn only when you earn. The owner pays for utilities and specific maintenance parts; SwipeScape covers marketing, listing fees and support staff.
What does management include?
Listings and dynamic pricing, guest screening and 24/7 communication, hotel-standard cleaning and linen, regular inspections and repairs, compliance with tourist taxes and regulations, and real-time reporting in the owner dashboard.
Landowners
How does a partnership with a landowner work?
We assess the land’s tourism potential, plan the layout, help with permits and utility connections, and then agree on a partnership: a land lease or an equity share. Revenue is shared under the partnership model.
Stays
Am I charged when I send a booking request?
No. A request does not charge you. We confirm availability and the total with you first.
How does check-in work?
Check-in is contactless with a smart lock. You receive simple instructions before arrival, and our team is available 24/7 during your stay.
